Our name is short for “Go Exchange 9”. Most users shorten it to GoExch9, but in our support chat we see it typed every possible way. Autocorrect on Android keyboards often expands “goexch” into “goexchange”, voice search writes out the full word, and people in a hurry drop the 9 altogether.   • Requests to pay into a friend’s or agent’s account “because the main account is full”.

Offers that are too good

What to Do If You Think You Found a Fake GoExch9

It happens to careful people too. Clone sites copy our colours, our logo and sometimes whole paragraphs of text. If something feels off, here’s what we tell users in our chat:

  1. Stop. Don’t pay, don’t type your password, and don’t share an OTP while you check.
