- Log out and back in with the new password to confirm it works.

Locked GoExch9 ID: what to do
An ID usually gets locked after too many wrong passwords in a row, or when we put a hold on it because something looked off. Either way, the fix goes through our team, not through more guesses.
Stop retrying
More attempts won’t open a locked ID. Close the login screen.

Keeping your GoExch9 ID details private
