How to Create a GoExch9 ID: The WhatsApp Sign-Up Chat, Message by Message
To create a GoExch9 ID, you tap the WhatsApp button on goexch9.org and send one line: that you want a new ID, that you’re 18 or over, and whether you want a demo or a real ID. Our team confirms your age, creates the ID, and replies in the same chat with your username, a temporary password and the login link. Below is that whole chat, message by message, so you know what to type, what you’ll get back, and which messages mean you’re talking to someone who isn’t us.

Opening the right chat
Every genuine sign-up chat starts the same way: you open goexch9.org in your browser, tap the WhatsApp button, and WhatsApp opens a new chat with our number already filled in. You send the first message. We don’t start the conversation, and we don’t hand our number out through groups, reels or comment sections.

Use your own phone and a WhatsApp number you plan to keep. We issue one ID per person, and the chat that created it is the one we recognise for password resets later.
Your first message: one line is enough
A lone “hi” slows things down. Our team needs two answers before creating an ID: are you 18 or over, and do you want a demo or a real ID? Put both in your opening line.
Messages that work well:
- “Hi, I’d like a new GoExch9 ID. I’m 18+. Demo ID first, please.”
- “Hello, new real ID please. I confirm I’m over 18.”
- “Hi, I’m 18+ and new to exchanges. Can I start with a demo ID and switch to a real one later?”
Things you don’t need to send at this stage: a selfie, an Aadhaar or PAN photo, your bank details, or any money. We don’t ask for document uploads at all, and creating an ID costs nothing. If you already had an ID and lost access, say so in the first line (“I had an ID before, username X”) instead of asking for a new one.
A full sign-up chat, line by line
Here’s what a typical chat for a real ID looks like. Wording changes from agent to agent, and the gaps between replies depend on how busy the chat is. The order is what matters.

Notice what’s missing. At no point does the team ask for a password, an OTP or a payment. Money only moves later, when you choose to deposit from the Deposit section inside your own panel.
If you asked for a demo ID, steps 1 to 5 look the same, but the balance shows practice points instead of rupees. When you’re ready to play with real money, send “I’d like to switch to a real ID now” in the same chat. Demo points can’t be withdrawn or carried across.
The details you receive, and what each one is for
Message 4 is the one that matters. It carries three things, and each has a specific job.
- Username. Your permanent GoExch9 ID. Copy it exactly, including capital letters and numbers, because Priya21 and priya21 may not be treated as the same. Save it somewhere private; you’ll quote it whenever you contact us.
- Temporary password. A one-time starter password. It works for your first login, and then you replace it from the change-password option in the account menu. Until you do, anyone who picks up your phone and opens WhatsApp could read it.
- Login link. The address you sign in at. Bookmark it from this message rather than searching for it later. Look-alike sites copy our name, and a search result is the easiest way to land on one.
When you first log in, a new real ID shows a balance of ₹0. That’s expected; nothing has been deposited yet. The minimum first deposit is ₹500, and new users get a 100% bonus on it, so ₹500 deposited comes with a ₹500 bonus. What to send back once you’re in
Do these three things right after your first login:
Change the temporary password
Open the account menu, choose the change-password option, and set a password you don’t use for email or UPI.
Delete message 4
Remove the message with the temporary password so it isn’t sitting in your chat history. Keep the rest of the chat.
Pin the chat
Pin or star it in WhatsApp. If you ever forget your password, this is where you ask, and our team sends a new temporary one here.

Official chat or fake “agent”? How to tell
Fake GoExch9 “agents” copy our name, our logo and even our wording. A profile picture proves nothing. What gives them away is how the chat behaves. Compare what you’re seeing with this:

What we never ask for, in any chat
Here’s the full list of what our team needs from you during sign-up: confirmation that you’re 18 or over, and whether you want a demo or real ID. Before a withdrawal, we also check that the bank or UPI account is in your own name, matching the name on your ID. That’s all. The verification explainer explains why the name match protects you.
- Your GoExch9 password, old or new
- Any OTP, whether from your bank, UPI app or WhatsApp itself. The panel never asks for an OTP to log in.
- Your UPI PIN, card number, CVV or net-banking password
- Photos of Aadhaar, PAN or any other document
- A fee to create, activate or “release” an ID
- Installing a screen-sharing or “support” app on your phone
Someone asked for one of these? It isn’t us, even if the name and logo look right. Don’t send it, and tell us in your official chat which number contacted you.
